To ensure timely uploads of LO & FO samples for analysis and follow up, for receiving the analysis reports on a timely basis. Overdue matrix to be monitored on weekly basis and KPI of 2% to be maintained. Monitoring the Survey status and follow up with Vessels and Technical Superintendent Support Superintendents in dry-dock & repair projects, incl. defect list preparation, yard comparison, budgeting, repair follow up & completion, final budgeting and payments. Previous docking experience will be preferred Proficiency in SAP system will be preferred Aware of a global vendor database for different service types. Good negotiation skills Awareness of different websites of class societies, survey bookings. Awareness of vessel certificates and renewal process prior expiration.
