Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of a team at NTT DATA, a company known for its technical excellence and innovation. Your role as an MS Engineer involves providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational - Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts - Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur, and log all incidents in a timely manner - Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls - Investigate and identify the root cause of incidents and problems - Report and escalate issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary - Provide onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients - Conduct monthly reviews of incidents and service requests, analyze and recommend improvements - Provide continuous feedback to clients and update all systems and portals as required - Proactively identify opportunities for work optimization and automation Qualification Required: - Advanced diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or equivalent work experience) Additional Details: NTT DATA is an Equal Opportunity Employer, fostering a workplace that embraces diversity and inclusion.,
