Search Engine Optimization Lead (Chennai Location) :- Roles & Responsibilities : Search Engine Optimization: Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits to fix technical issues like crawl errors, duplicate content, and broken links. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manger etc. Web SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for the website to increase organic traffic. Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for top rankings on Google, Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to create keyword-rich, user-focused content tailored to the matrimony/wedding industry. Drive pillar pages, topic clusters, and evergreen content strategies. Competitor Analysis: Identify industry trends, track competitors’ strategies. ASO (App Store Optimization): App Store Optimization Strategy: Own and implement ASO strategies to maximize app discoverability. Creative Optimization: Work closely with the design team to enhance app screenshots, previews, and icons for higher click-through rates. A/B test creative assets to refine conversion rates continuously. Performance Tracking: Monitor app rankings, download metrics, and user engagement to identify opportunities for improvement. Keep up-to-date with app store algorithm changes and trends. YouTube Video Search Optimization: YouTube SEO Strategy: Develop strategies to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for search and discovery on YouTube. Drive video content plans aligned with high-volume search trends in the Relationships, wedding and lifestyle industry. Channel Growth: Implement tactics to grow channel subscribers, views, and engagement organically. Leverage video SEO insights to align with broader marketing campaigns. Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years in SEO/ASO for consumer tech platforms SEO Expertise: Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manger etc. ASO Expertise: Proven experience optimizing apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Familiarity with ASO tools like Firebase, Play console, App Annie, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action. YouTube SEO Knowledge: Hands-on experience optimizing video content for search and increasing organic reach. Technical Skills: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and app development basics (a plus). Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and app indexing.
