As we scale our presence in the US, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to help us bring our GenAI capabilities to more businesses.
Role OverviewWe’re seeking a technically fluent and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative for Generative AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing business opportunities with companies that can benefit from GenAI Agents, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and related technologies.This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of business development, technology, and client success.Key Responsibilities
- Lead GenAI Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close deals with US-based clients across industries, focusing on Generative AI use cases
- Client Discovery & Demos: Conduct needs analysis, present tailored demos, and consult on AI use cases and technical feasibility
- Translate Tech to Business Value: Explain complex AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agent frameworks) in a business-first language
- CRM Management: Own and maintain the sales pipeline via tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Collaboration: Work closely with Ccube’s technical team to scope solutions, draft proposals, and align on project delivery
- Feedback Loop: Capture market insights and customer feedback to help shape Ccube’s product and service roadmap
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B technical sales, consulting, or solution engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and open-source agent frameworks
- Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
Nice to Have
- Previous experience selling AI/ML or data platform solutions
- Exposure to industries such as fintech, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with the full AI/ML lifecycle, including data engineering, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
