You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, custom WordPress themes/plugins, and Laravel-based backend solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, WordPress, and LaravelCustomize and extend WordPress themes and pluginsBuild and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Laravel codeWrite clean, well-structured, and well-documented codeOptimize websites and applications for maximum speed and scalabilityWork closely with the design and front-end teams to integrate UI/UX into functional platformsManage and maintain MySQL databases, ensuring high performance and availabilityParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s development best practicesTroubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databasesRequired Skills:Strong experience with PHP (1–3 years)Proficiency in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, hooks, filters)Good experience with Laravel frameworkStrong knowledge of MySQL, database design, and query optimizationUnderstanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrationsKnowledge of version control systems like GitGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:Experience working on eCommerce or CMS platformsFamiliarity with hosting environments and deployment toolsExposure to Agile development methodologyBasic understanding of SEO best practices for WordPress sites
