1. Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive sales and revenue by promoting our semiconductor products to EV ecosystem players.
  • Explore new opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.

2. Technical Expertise & Solution Selling

  • Provide technical support and guidance on semiconductor solutions (power management, motor control, battery management).
  • Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept discussions.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build lasting partnerships by understanding customer requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

4. Market Insights & Competitive Edge

  • Stay ahead of EV market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Share insights to refine sales approaches and influence product development.

5. Sales Forecasting & Pipeline

  • Manage sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure proactive follow-ups for timely deal closures.
🎓 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in

    Electrical/Electronics Engineering

    or related field.
  • Proven experience in

    technical sales

    (EV or related industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of

    semiconductors, EV systems, and power electronics

    .
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
