About the Company:

Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of Thermal and

Acoustic Insulation solutions catering to industries such as HVAC, Building Services,

Industrial Process, and Infrastructure. We specialize in delivering innovative insulation products

and systems designed for energy efficiency, noise control, and sustainability.

Job Summary:

The role involves business development, technical sales, and client relationship management

for insulation materials (thermal & acoustic). The ideal candidate will have a strong

understanding of the construction, HVAC, and industrial insulation market, along with proven

sales experience in B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, industrial,

and HVAC sectors.

  • Generate leads through networking with consultants, contractors, architects, and

OEMs.

  • Expand customer base through strategic outreach and relationship building.

2. Sales & Marketing

  • Promote and sell the companys range of thermal and acoustic insulation

products.

  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits and technical product demonstrations.

3. Account Management

  • Manage relationships with key clients and contractors.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights for pricing, product development, and marketing strategies.

5. Coordination

  • Collaborate with technical, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth

project execution.

  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or MBA

• Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales of thermal, acoustic, or HVAC insulation

materials, or related building materials.

  • Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, Interiors, PMC, Architects,

and OEMs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials (Nitrile Rubber, Rockwool,

Glasswool, XLPE, Acoustic Panels, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
