We are now looking for committed professionals to support our customer-facing and operational functions.



Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our client engagement, sales follow-up, and project coordination efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, assisting in the end-to-end product delivery cycle, and managing communications across various platforms.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client service, and the ability to work closely with internal teams.



Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers for inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Provide regular and clear updates on order status, timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all client interactions are handled with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

Lead Management & Sales Support

  • Follow up on new and existing leads generated from social media, referrals, and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead progress.
  • Assist the sales and project teams in converting leads into confirmed orders.

Social Media and Digital Engagement

  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep company social media platforms updated with relevant content.
  • Respond to client messages and inquiries received through digital channels.

PDLC (Project Delivery Life Cycle) Support

  • Work with production and logistics teams to monitor delivery timelines.
  • Provide clients with insights into products and customization options.
  • Track and support the full customer journey from inquiry to final product delivery.



Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or administrative roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tamil.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM systems.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
