Technical Sales Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the R&D team to stay informed on product capabilities and development updates
• Build strong client relationships by offering technical insights and customized solutions
• Identify and convert B2B sales leads across manufacturing, power, chemical, and infrastructure sectors
• Represent Novota at trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations
• Conduct regular visits to customer manufacturing plants for demos and technical discussions
• Ensure end-to-end client satisfaction from enquiry to after-sales support
  

Who You Are:

• Education:

  Any graduate (Preferred: Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering background)

• Experience:

  2–5 years in technical or industrial B2B sales

• Preferred Industry Background:

  Paints, Coatings, Chemicals, Construction Materials
• Strong verbal and written communication in

  English

  ,

  Hindi

  , and

  Marathi

• Self-motivated, field-ready, and confident in industrial environments
  

What We Offer:

• Salary Range for this position: Rs. 25000 to Rs. 30000 per month + Sales Incentives

• Travel allowance
