Novota ThermoTech Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing, R&D-driven company specializing in heat management and high-performance coating solutions for industrial applications. We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive who can combine technical understanding with business acumen to drive growth across heavy industries. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with the R&D team to stay informed on product capabilities and development updates Build strong client relationships by offering technical insights and customized solutions Identify and convert B2B sales leads across manufacturing, power, chemical, and infrastructure sectors Represent Novota at trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations Conduct regular visits to customer manufacturing plants for demos and technical discussions Ensure end-to-end client satisfaction from enquiry to after-sales support Who You Are: Education: Any graduate (Preferred: Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering background) Experience: 2–5 years in technical or industrial B2B sales Preferred Industry Background: Paints, Coatings, Chemicals, Construction Materials Strong verbal and written communication in English , Hindi , and Marathi Self-motivated, field-ready, and confident in industrial environments What We Offer: Salary Range for this position: Rs. 25000 to Rs. 30000 per month + Sales Incentives Travel allowance for plant and client site visits Opportunity to grow with a technology-led company making an impact in sustainable industrial solutions Interested?
