Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Industrial Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial products and solutions. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and strong sales skills to meet customer needs, generate leads, and close deals in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential industrial clients (factories, OEMs, manufacturers, etc.) Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities Conduct product presentations, demos, and site visits Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively Maintain strong client relationships and follow up for repeat business Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Achieve sales targets and generate regular sales reports Key Products/Solutions May Include: Industrial machinery, automation systems, motors, pumps, valves, compressors, etc. Control panels, electrical components, PLCs, instrumentation systems Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and report generation Willingness to travel for client visits and onsite technical discussions Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial/B2B sales Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Fluency in English Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
