Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Industrial Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial products and solutions. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and strong sales skills to meet customer needs, generate leads, and close deals in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential industrial clients (factories, OEMs, manufacturers, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and site visits
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up for repeat business
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Achieve sales targets and generate regular sales reports

Key Products/Solutions May Include:

• Industrial machinery, automation systems, motors, pumps, valves, compressors, etc.
• Control panels, electrical components, PLCs, instrumentation systems

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and report generation
• Willingness to travel for client visits and onsite technical discussions

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial/B2B sales
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
