Technical Sales Engineer

Industry: Environmental Engineering / EPC / Water & Wastewater Treatment Job Summary:Plizma Technology is looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to support and expand our customer base in industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with sales acumen to generate leads, present solutions, and close deals. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into opportunities through visits, calls, and follow-ups. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable water/effluent treatment solutions. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, offers, and presentations. Coordinate with the design and execution team for technical clarifications and BOQs. Visit project sites for requirement analysis and support during installation or commissioning (as needed). Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and consultants. Participate in tenders, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Required Skills: Technical understanding of STP/ETP/RO/DM systems and environmental processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. 1–3 years of technical sales or project sales experience (preferably in water treatment).
