Role Overview: As a Service cum Sales Engineer at the company, you will be responsible for providing specialized professional and cost-effective spare parts for heavy earthmoving equipment. Your focus will be on delivering genuine alternate spares for earthmoving and construction equipment, with a primary emphasis on Caterpillar machinery. You will be based in the Odisha territory and will undertake various responsibilities related to the sales, service, and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment. Your key duties will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide specialized professional and cost-effective spare parts for heavy earthmoving equipment - Deliver genuine alternate spares for earthmoving and construction equipment, primarily focusing on Caterpillar machinery - Undertake responsibilities related to the sales, service, and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment to ensure optimal functionality and performance - Oversee the overall service and parts operations, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed efficiently and effectively - Maintain high standards of the company and meet the needs of customers Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment systems - Hands-on experience with construction machineries such as graders, excavators, and wheel loaders - Ability to effectively read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders,
