Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Chennai. The Technical Sales Engineer will manage sales activities, provide technical support to clients, and act as a liaison between customers and the company's engineering team. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering product presentations, developing technical sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with a strong ability to understand and sell technical solutions
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and addressing customer queries effectively
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and internal teams
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships, as well as proactively identify sales opportunities
• Technical background or familiarity with automation, machinery, or safety solutions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
• Experience -2-3 Years
