Business Development Executive (BDE)

📌 Job Description: Plizma Technology is hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive to manage and follow up with India MART enquiries, maintain CRM records, and support field sales teams. This role is critical in managing daily incoming leads and ensuring structured follow-up with potential clients in the industrial water & wastewater treatment sector. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads from India MART (CRM-integrated) Follow up with leads via call, email, and WhatsApp Understand customer requirements and qualify leads Assign and coordinate leads with field sales team or technical team Maintain and update CRM system and lead tracking sheets daily Call industry contacts from open-source databases (India MART, Justdial, etc.) Share company profile, brochures, and quotations to customers Maintain follow-up schedule and send reminders for proposal submissions Generate daily/weekly MIS reports on lead status and conversion ✅ Required Candidate Profile: Graduate in any stream (B.Tech / BBA / B.Sc preferred but not mandatory) 13 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Support / Lead Handling Must have good communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred) Should be comfortable in customer calling and CRM entry Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools like Zoho) Prior experience in IndiaMART / Justdial / CRM preferred 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 5.30 PM
