Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with product demos and technical conversations
• Conduct client discovery and tailor software walkthroughs accordingly
• Coordinate with Sales and Implementation teams for a smooth customer journey
• Configure demo environments and build compelling presentations
• Help validate software enhancements and report issues using JIRA
• Support client onboarding and internal quality/audit processes
• Update CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and manage sales-related documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems
• Background in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
• Working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, etc.)
• Experience using any QMS or EHS Management Software
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud platforms and remote tools
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must have a valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally
• Bonus: Previous experience in a SaaS company or tech sales environment
