Technical Sales Engineer

• Lead Generation and Sales, Technical Expertise : Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions using laser marking technology. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of laser marking machines.
• Sales Process Management : Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts. Following up on sales leads and providing ongoing support to customers.
• Technical Support : Providing technical support to customers, including installation, training, and troubleshooting. Collaborating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration : Working closely with the engineering, marketing, and service teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge : Solid understanding of laser technology, specifically laser marking machines and their applications.
• Sales Skills : Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close sales leads. Experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, present technical information, and build relationships.
• Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
