Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities across India and globally, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, and contributing to strategic expansion plans. You will be required to present technical solutions and product demonstrations tailored to client needs in the electronics and automation domain. It is essential for you to thoroughly understand the technical features and benefits of the products or services. Collaborating closely with internal teams to understand and communicate technical capabilities and customization options is also a key part of your role. Additionally, you will attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, monitoring competitor activities, and market trends in electronics, automation, and control systems will be part of your responsibilities. You will also provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology (BE/BTech) in Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics and Communication, or a related field, or a Diploma in Electronics and Communication, Electrical, or a relevant field, or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics. A strong understanding of industrial process control systems is required. You should have proficiency in industrial process control principles and applications, excellent sales and interpersonal communication skills, strong team-working and management abilities, adaptability, resourcefulness, and a passion for learning and growth. A customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives are essential competencies for this role. Ideally, you should have 3-7 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role. However, freshers with a high level of motivation and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
