We are seeking a proactive and Technically skilled Sales Representative (Field) to expand and support our client base in the field of Industrial fittings and Automation . They should possess a strong understanding of Instrument fittings (such as Valves, Manifolds, Condensate Pots, Air Distribution Headers, Flanges, Syphons) , sales techniques, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling them to identify and cultivate profitable opportunities. Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales opportunities across India and globally. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and contribute to strategic expansion plans. Present technical solutions and product demonstrations tailored to client needs in the Instrument fittings domain. Must thoroughly understand the technical features and benefits of the products or services. Work closely with internal teams to understand and communicate technical capabilities and customization options. Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Monitor competitor activities and market trends in electronics, automation, and control systems. Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology (BE/BTech) in Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics and Communication, or a related field. Diploma in Electronics and Communication, Electrical, or a relevant field. Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics. Strong understanding of industrial process control systems Competencies: Proficient in industrial process control principles and applications. Excellent sales and interpersonal communication skills. Strong team-working and management abilities. Adaptable and resourceful, with a passion for learning and growth. Customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives. Experience Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
