Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with potential leads, and executing sales strategies for PMT’s software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh Mechanical Engineers with a strong understanding of engineering principles and a keen interest in business strategy, technology, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing business plans to expand PMT’s footprint in global markets,
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and software demonstrations to support sales initiatives.
• Identify and qualify potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends in the energy, oil & gas, and industrial design sectors.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to understand software features and communicate technical advantages to potential clients.
• Support the management team in strategic decision-making, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy.
• Contribute to digital marketing, client engagement, and CRM database management.
• Participate in client meetings, webinars, and industry events to build relationships and promote PMT solutions.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with strong academic performance.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical design concepts and interest in software-driven engineering solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
