Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Technical Representative with 1 to 4 years of expertise in Aircraft Maintenance/Physical Inspection. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Physical Inspection of Aircraft and Management of Aircraft Records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Line maintenance experience is considered a valuable asset for this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Communication and Coordination:

  - Communicate with Airline staff, MROs, and Lessors for slot allocation to perform inspections.

  - Coordinate with different authorities/parties for a smooth project delivery.

 

2. Physical Inspection of Aircraft:

  - Conduct thorough physical inspections of aircraft.

  - Document the condition of the aircraft through photographs and comparison with provided charts.

  - Report all discrepancies to the client/project manager and raise an Open Item List (OIL) for tracking.

 

3. Data Management and Reporting:

  - Review, monitor, and update various software systems for efficient data management.

  - Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

  - Generate reports to update clients on inspection findings.

 

4. Strategic Planning and Collaboration:

  - Develop and implement systems to achieve timely project delivery.

  - Collaborate with internal departments, external clients, and contractors to ensure a continuous flow of information.

 

5. Additional Responsibilities:

  - Undertake additional duties as assigned by management to meet evolving business needs.

 

Experience Requirements:

 

- Min 1 year of experience in physical aircraft inspection.

- Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or related field.

- Strong understanding of Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), Dent and Buckle Charts, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

- Knowledge of MS Office and PDF software.

- Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

- Strong reasoning and analytical abilities.
