Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven MBA – Aviation Sales Executive to spearhead our business development initiatives. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong aviation background and a proven ability to engage clients, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building long-term client relationships with lessors, airlines, and MROs while promoting AirFleet Managers’ technical consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the aviation domain.
● Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with lessors, banks, airlines, and
aviation service providers.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and industry
networking.
● Work closely with technical and product teams to align client requirements with service
offerings.
● Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
● Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and long-term business value.
● Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to support business growth.
● Represent AirFleet Managers at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
