Role Overview

MBA – Aviation Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the aviation domain.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with lessors, banks, airlines, and aviation service providers.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and industry networking.

  • Work closely with technical and product teams to align client requirements with service offerings.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and long-term business value.

  • Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to support business growth.

  • Represent AirFleet Managers at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.


Must-Have Skills:

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, Aviation, or related field (mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in aviation sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of aviation consultancy services (aircraft leasing, MRO, CAMO, asset management).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong industry network within aviation finance, leasing, or airline segments is a plus.
