Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Source top talent through various channels such as headhunting, networking, and social media platforms and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their technical skills and fitment for the role.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate interviews with clients and schedule meetings between them and potential candidates.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidates profile -

  • 1-6 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technologies.
