Technical Recruitment Consultant

As a Technical Recruitment Consultant (C2H) at our company based in Hyderabad (WFO), you will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition team. With 2+ to 4 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates with expertise in Super-Niche, Niche & Generic technologies from various channels. Specifically, you will excel in IT Recruitment, particularly in hiring for Data/AI, Digital Engineering Technologies, Cloud Platforms, Vision Plus/Mainframes, and more. Effective communication and strong stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. Your market intelligence on different Technology Stacks, combined with excellent analytical abilities in Excel & ATS, will enable you to identify and attract top talent effectively. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has experience in working with diverse source mix channels, and is willing to work 100% from the office in Hyderabad. An educational qualification of Any Graduation is required for this contract to hire position, and immediate joiners are preferred.
