Source top talent through various channels such as headhunting, networking, and social media platforms and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their technical skills and fitment for the role. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation. Coordinate interviews with clients and schedule meetings between them and potential candidates. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidates profile - 1-6 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Strong understanding of IT industry trends and technologies.
