Job Description

Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source, recruit, engage and maintain a strong candidate funnel for
assigned requirements from US clients.
Ensure efficient utilization of applicant tracking system (ATS) and features to
optimize recruitment outcomes.
Using social media, multiple network sources, online tools, industry relationships,
and community involvement to identify best talent for clients.
Manage interview process, ensuring great candidate experience, from the first
interview till the final closure.
Work closely with Leads & Managers & achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly nos.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in agency.
Experience hiring w2, 1099, and C2C candidates.
Excellent knowledge of US labour and visa regulations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
A positive, can do attitude.
