Job Summary:

US IT Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit

  IT professionals

  across a wide range of technologies (Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, etc.)
• Effectively use job boards like

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed

  , and other sourcing platforms.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication ability, and US work authorization (US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, EAD, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients or account managers with complete summaries and markup details.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate database (ATS) and update it regularly.
• Meet or exceed

  weekly/monthly KPIs

  : submissions, interviews, placements.
• Keep up-to-date with current hiring trends and technologies in the US IT market.

Required Qualifications:

• Min 6 months of experience as a

  US IT Technical Recruiter

  in agency or corporate environments.
• Understanding of

  US visa classifications and hiring practices

  .
• Proven experience sourcing candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Strong ability to

  screen for technical roles

  using job descriptions and role requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal

  communication skills

  .
• Experience working in

  US time zones

  .
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
