About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of
experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, and Logistics roles. You will be responsible for end-toend
recruitment, talent pipeline management, and meeting business hiring needs within
defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle complete recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Logistics roles.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview processes.
2. Sourcing & Screening
- Use multiple sourcing channels: job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, ATS
database, Recruitment Agencies
- Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates based on role fit.
- Maintain active pipelines for recurring roles.
3. Interview & Coordination
- Coordinate technical rounds, functional rounds, HR interviews, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates to enhance experience.
- Align with hiring managers and department heads for timely closures.
5. Offer & Onboarding Support
- Assist with salary negotiation and offer roll-outs.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily/weekly trackers, hiring MIS, and metrics reporting.
- Adhere to internal hiring SOPs, company policies, and compliance.

1. Hiring Timeliness
- Time-to-Fill: 25–45 days depending on role.
- Time-to-Hire: Duration from posting job application to offer acceptance.
2. Quality of Hire
- 80%+ candidates clearing probation.
- Hiring manager satisfaction score: 4/5 or above.
- % of candidates meeting skill requirements during screening.
3. Productivity Metrics
- Closures withing defined timelines.
- Qualified profiles shared within SLA.
- Effective sourcing through low-cost channels.
4. Candidate Pipeline & Engagement
- Offer acceptance rate: 85%+
- Dropout/no-show rate: <10%
5. Process & Compliance
- Accurate MIS and reports.
- Recruitment tracker and ATS updates on time.
- Adherence to SOPs and documentation compliance.

- Positions Closed: as per open job roles
- Relevant CV Submission: 90% within 48 hours
- Interview-to-Offer Ratio: 3:1–5:1

Qualifications
- Master’s in business administration- HR or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience in IT, Non-IT, Logistics.
- Strong sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and similar job portals.
- Understanding of IT and logistics roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
