Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full-cycle recruitment process – from sourcing and screening to scheduling and offer management. Product & Startup Hiring: Collaborate with innovative product companies and funded startups to deliver top-tier talent. Contract-to-Hire Recruitment: Strategically support clients in building teams through contract-to-hire models. Candidate Sourcing: Use advanced sourcing techniques to find exceptional candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, and more. Talent Pipeline Building: Build and manage a strong bench of pre-qualified candidates for future openings. Career Consulting: Guide candidates through career decisions with thoughtful insights and honest communication. Client Interaction: Understand client needs deeply and present tailored hiring solutions. Process Optimization: Recommend improvements in sourcing, screening, and engagement strategies for better outcomes. Desired Profile Experience: 2+ years in technical recruitment , preferably with exposure to product hiring, startup hiring , and contract-to-hire roles . Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a drive to learn are also encouraged to apply. Skills: Strong command of written and verbal English. Comfortable with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, etc.). Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
