Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 1-3 Years as a recruiter, environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
