Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Pune. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. They will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Managing recruitment processes
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements
• Experience working in the analytics or technology industry is a plus
