Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, especially

  SAP and Salesforce

  .
• Source candidates through job portals,

  LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms

  .
• Promote job postings effectively to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment metrics.
• Handle multiple job requirements with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in

  technical recruitment

  , preferably in a

  consulting/staffing firm

  .
• Prior experience in hiring for

  SAP, Salesforce, and other IT profiles

  is a must.
• Strong sourcing skills using

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed

  , and similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly

  proactive

  , detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple roles.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
