Job Opening: Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) – Consulting Background Preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT (primarily) and Non-IT roles across domestic clients.
• Understand client requirements and define effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and consulting/staffing partners.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical competence and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including:
• Interview coordination
• Salary discussions and negotiations
• Offer rollouts and onboarding
• Continuous follow-ups with candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Ensure timely closures with a high submission-to-selection ratio.
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients and candidates for long-term collaboration.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, preferably with internal hiring exposure.
• Sound knowledge of IT technologies and job functions (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, Support).
• Proficient in ATS platforms and sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
• Consulting background is a must – candidates must be comfortable working in a consulting environment.
