Logix Guru offers a competitive salary and a lucrative performance bonus program. This is not a RPO set up. You will work directly with our clients. Responsibilities Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of qualified candidates for our clients short and long-term projects in numerous industries. Work closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers. Use job boards including but not limited to Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Professional, etc. to source potential candidates. Personally conduct screening interviews, document and report as needed. Summary: Our team of Technical Recruiters are responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for our direct clients in the banking, financial, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, legal and other domains and industries. Responsibilities: Work closely with Recruiting Coordinator, Team Leads and Account Managers to gain a full understanding of assigned positions Utilize our large candidate database and job boards including but not limited to Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. to source potential candidates Conduct screening interviews to determine candidates meet all client and job-specific requirements Collect all necessary documents to determine candidate genuineness and eligibility Prepare initial submission to Account Manager for further review/evaluation Facilitate interviews between candidates and Account Managers or Hiring Managers as needed Prepare end client submissions per specifications Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of US-based technical recruiting experience Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Expert recruiting skills, proven by a track record of successful placements/closures Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Expert knowledge of US tax terms, visas, etc. Working knowledge of Ceipal ATS (highly preferred) NOTE: Emailing, messaging or calling will NOT get you to the top of the list. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Outbound Sales Associate with technology/ solutions sales experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and scheduling introductory calls with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and possess the uncanny ability to find, connect and engage with potential clients in markets in the USA. Key Responsibilities: Perform research to discover prospective clients and key decision-makers. Use various channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone to reach out to potential clients and generate interest in services offered by Logix Guru. Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and regularly update it with new information. Schedule introductory calls and follow up with prospects to ensure a high conversion rate. Collaborate with the sales team and identify target accounts and develop lead generation strategies. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and the quality of leads generated. Continuously monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve performance and increase ROI. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 - 5 yrs. experience using lead generation tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal communication skill for the US market Active sales experience in the US Market Preferred Qualifications: Education/background in IT Active sales experience in IT staffing in the US Pittsburgh market Sales experience to healthcare and financial services industry
