Technical Recruiter

Logix Guru India is looking for talented Technical Recruiters to join our growing team in Greater Noida. This is an ideal position for a high performing recruiter. Logix Guru offers a competitive salary and a lucrative performance bonus program. This is not a RPO set up. You will work directly with our clients. Our business is driven by relationships and performance. You will be working directly for Logix Guru helping our customers find the best candidates. This position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday working EST hours. Our office is in Sector 135. Cab service available. Base salary + incentive program! Responsibilities Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of qualified candidates for our clients short and long-term projects in numerous industries. Work closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers. Use job boards including but not limited to Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Professional, etc. to source potential candidates. Personally conduct screening interviews, document and report as needed. Requirements: 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience Proven record of successful placements/closures Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Helpful to have: Knowledge of Ceipal ATS
