Technical Recruiter

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical profiles such as

  Salesforce Developers, SAP Consultants, MS Dynamics Experts, and other IT professionals

  .
• Source candidates via job portals (LinkedIn), referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and fitment.
• Conduct technical and HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job descriptions and specific technical requirements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS.
• Provide regular hiring status reports to management.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in

  Technical Recruitment

  , especially in hiring for

  Salesforce, SAP, MMS Dynamics, and other technical roles

  .
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.
• Ability to assess technical profiles effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and closing abilities.
• Must be available to work
