Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates’ fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database.

Requirements:

  • 0.5–2 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT as required).
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Good communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced hiring environments.
