Job Overview

IT Recruiter


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, evaluate technical skills, and assess cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salary and extend offers.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Maintain ATS and ensure proper documentation of the recruitment process.


Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (US staffing experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work in

    night shift (US time zone)
