Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires a strong understanding of US hiring practices, visa classifications, and technical skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with candidates.
• Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate information and status.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
• Stay updated on US immigration policies (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens) and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements and priorities.
• Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Flexibility to work in US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with staffing agencies or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with niche technologies and emerging IT trends.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
