Technical Recruiter

Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Noida Sector 63 Duration: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry and a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across a range of roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create effective sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs. Source, screen, and engage high-quality technical candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.). Create job descriptions and compelling job postings to attract top talent. Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate technical aptitude and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and hiring manager feedback. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress, pipeline health, and time-to-fill. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment. Familiarity with a variety of technical roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.). Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., Ceipal, JobDiva), and other sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
