Job Description

We are hiring Technical Recruiter to support our Fortune 500 clients in the US market who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates for further submissions to their team leads for various open roles for their clients they are supporting across various skills. This role involves building a strong pipeline of candidates after understanding the job requirements, analyzing the fitment of prospective candidates in terms of their areas of interest, experience, visa eligibility, location etc


Preferred Qualifications :

  • Must be local to Noida and willing to work 5 days onsite
  • Must have 1-3 years of experience in US Recruitment
  • Should have good understanding of full recruitment lifecycle which includes sourcing, screening, job posting, negotiation etc.
  • Good experience in working with direct client requirement primarily on W2 basis, if they have worked on C2C as well that will be an additional advantage.
  • Well versed with tax terms

• Hardcore IT recruiter. • Should have worked on W2 model. • Very strong in Boolean Searches. Need candidates who are proficient in creating strong Boolean strings, work on various job boards to source candidates and call them directly for screening.

Should have worked on at least 2-3 of the following roles and have a clear understanding on these skills like Java Developers (front-end, back-end and full-stack), Data Engineering, Data Warehousing (Big Data, ETL)


OR


  • Someone who is comfortable finding candidates through LI Recruiter and through ATS rather than job boards.
  • Someone who has worked in Canada market – if Enbridge or any energy or pipeline client.
  • Someone who has worked on Engineering and IT requirement in US market

    – mechanical, civil, E&C, construction manager

    , SCADA, Snowflake and Data Engineer role and EPC background.
  • Energy, Oil, Gas and pipeline Industry required but if candidate is highly qualified in terms of above-mentioned skill set then we can still consider without domain.
