Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter - IT Staffing, located in Faridabad, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The role involves identifying top technical talent, building strong relationships with candidates, and working closely with hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring practices
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting, particularly for IT positions
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Experience with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess candidate fit
• Ability to manage priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in IT staffing or familiarity with technical roles and terminologies is a plus
