About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead the recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps).
Strategic Sourcing: Use Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow) to find passive talent.
Technical Vetting: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical competencies and cultural alignment.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a consultant to Hiring Managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Data-Driven Hiring: Utilize our ATS ([Name of ATS, e.g., Greenhouse/Lever]) to track metrics and optimize time-to-hire.
