Role Description

This is an on-site full time permanent position for a Business Development Manager – IT Staffing & Managed Services, located in Faridabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships. Responsibilities also include driving revenue growth through sales strategies, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized IT staffing and managed services solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:

    Proactively identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, social selling, and strategic outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Act as the primary point of contact for new accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with the Recruitment Team to ensure a deep understanding of client requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT candidates.
  • Contract Negotiation:

    Navigate complex MSA (Master Service Agreement) and SOW (Statement of Work) negotiations with procurement and HR departments.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to position our services effectively.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development within the IT staffing and services domain
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a relevant field
  • Prior experience in IT consulting or staffing services is highly advantageous
