Role Description

We are seeking a full-time IT Staffing – Client Management Executive to join our team. In this hybrid role, based in Faridabad with some work-from-home flexibility, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying staffing needs, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with client goals, oversee the delivery of IT staffing projects, and contribute to company growth by developing strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in client management, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in recruitment processes, IT staffing, and talent acquisition strategies
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions including SAP, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with staffing tools and technologies is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
