Role Description

Galileo AI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive high-impact hiring across teams such as: engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams. In this role, you’ll serve as a true partner to hiring managers—owning the search, shaping team structures, and playing a critical role in building our technical talent foundation.

Main Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment across teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales), from sourcing through close
• Collaborate with managers to define hiring needs, build role requirements, and shape ideal team configurations
• Drive top-of-funnel strategies, including passive sourcing, referrals, and agency coordination
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for Galileo AI
• Partner with the Operations Leaders to ensure efficient processes and reporting
• Maintain regular check-ins with hiring managers to track progress, adjust strategies, and keep hiring on pace
• Leverage market insights to advise hiring teams and adjust tactics as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a fast-growing tech company or startup, preferably a Developer Tooling/tools company
• Excellent sourcing skills and a strong network in the engineering/AI talent market
• Proven experience managing agencies, recruiting resources, and referral programs
• Confident in managing multiple reqs and stakeholders simultaneously
• A thoughtful, consultative partner who can influence decisions and drive outcomes
• Passionate about candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Rippling ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Pave, etc.) and data reporting
