As we expand, we're looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to help us find the best tech talent to build innovative digital solutions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier technical professionals across web development, digital platforms, and tech-related roles within the digital marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role expectations for technical and creative tech positions.
  • Write and post engaging job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, job boards, and other networking channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Keep up with industry trends to understand current hiring demands and candidate behavior in the tech and digital space.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR databases.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in digital media, IT services, or product-based companies.
  • Strong knowledge of roles like front-end/back-end developers, UI/UX designers, digital product engineers, and tech support professionals.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, social media, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple open positions at once.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in digital marketing, media, or advertising agencies.
  • Understanding of modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms).
  • Prior experience working in a startup or agency setup is a plus.
