IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand hiring requirements.
  
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and generate regular hiring reports.
  
• Build strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
  
• Negotiate salary and close offers with selected candidates.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT.
  
• 1–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
  
• Familiarity with technologies like Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  

Preferred:

• Experience in contract and permanent hiring.
  
• Prior exposure to hiring for startups, Service based or product-based companies.
  
• Understanding of current tech trends and market compensation benchmarks.
