We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top tech talent across various domains and skill sets to meet the hiring needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand hiring requirements. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and generate regular hiring reports. Build strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. Negotiate salary and close offers with selected candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT. 1–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house). Familiarity with technologies like Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred: Experience in contract and permanent hiring. Prior exposure to hiring for startups, Service based or product-based companies. Understanding of current tech trends and market compensation benchmarks.
