We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic US Technical Recruiter with 0–1 year of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in US staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT requirements
• Understand client requirements and match suitable candidate profiles
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates through the complete hiring process
• Work closely with account managers and team leads

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or US staffing is a plus
• Willingness to work in US shifts
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment
